All the best things
80cm x 54.4cm - Oil on canvas

This work depicts a lifelike image of what appears to be twin babies peacefully sleeping side by side, but is in fact two unassembled reborn dolls, emerging into the world, fresh from their packaging but still capturing the innocence and tenderness of newborns.

Sweet Dreams, Little One
Stoneware Clay Sculpted Baby doll Head with kapok and led lights.

This installation piece was created as a visual metaphor alluding to the loss of a pregnancy or the experience of stillbirth, depicting a child's sleeping face floating above a sunlit cloud.
The Special Delivery
110cm x 110cm - Oil on canvas

Featuring the arrival of an unassembled Reborn doll, this large scale painting combines narrative with symbolism as each element carries a metaphorical signal to something else, alluding to expectation and childbirth.
There are also links to the popular Beatles song, Eleanor Rigby via the employment of the address label and the Stanley knife.
